Maine High School Basketball - Edward Little crushes Poland
February 10, 2021: Auburn, ME 04210 Edward Little Red Eddies (Auburn, ME) backers were pleased Wednesday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Poland Knights (Poland, ME), 68-37 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Edward Little upgrades its record to 1-1 on the campaign. The Red Eddies travel to Lewiston (Lewiston, ME) to play the Blue Devils in a AA North bout on Thursday, February 11. The Blue Devils come into the bout with a record of 2-0. Lewiston won 58-33 in their recent non-league bout against Mt. Ararat (Topsham, ME)
Next up, the Knights play the Fryeburg Raiders (Fryeburg, ME) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, February 11. Poland will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record. The Raiders come into the bout with a 0-2 record after their 69-18 non-league loss to Oxford Hills (South Paris, ME).
