Minnesota High School Basketball - Belle Plaine fells Conway Springs
February 10, 2023: Belle Plaine, MN 56011 Belle Plaine Tigers (Belle Plaine, MN) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Conway Springs Cardinals (Conway Springs, KS), 61-44 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Belle Plaine upgrades its record to 14-6 on the season. The Tigers travel to Sibley East (Arlington, MN) to clash with the Wolverines in a AA Section 2 bout on Monday, February 13. The Wolverines go into the bout with a record of 5-17. Sibley East lost 69-66 in their recent league bout against Le Sueur-Henderson/Minnesota New Country (Le Sueur, MN)
Next up, the Cardinals clash with the Belle Plaine Dragons (Belle Plaine, KS) in a non-league bout, on Friday, February 10. Conway Springs will attempt to upgrade on its 4-14 season record. The Dragons go into the bout with a 9-7 record after their 77-52 non-league loss to Cheney (Cheney, KS).
