The Dryden Lions basketball team scored 59 points and held the visiting Groton Indians to 49 in the Lions non-league triumph on Friday.

The Lions now sport a 11-6 record.

The Indians (7-11) will now prepare for their contest against McGraw (McGraw, NY). The Eagles enter the non-league contest with a 10-6 record. In their last contest, McGraw ran past DeRuyter (DeRuyter, NY), 69-60, in a league contest.
