February 10, 2023: Eunice, LA 70535 The St. Edmund Fighting Blue Jays ran past the visiting East Beauregard Trojans basketball team by a final score of 60-48 in Friday's non-league game.
In their next game, the Fighting Blue Jays face the Hackberry Mustangs (Hackberry, LA) in a non-league game, on Wednesday, February 15. St. Edmund will attempt to move on its 7-11 season record.
With the defeat, East Beauregard moves to 1-17 on the year. The Trojans host Hathaway (Jennings, LA) to face the Hornets in a non-league game on Tuesday, February 14. The Hornets enter the game with a record of 8-24. Hathaway won 80-77 in their recent league game against Bell City (Bell City, LA)
