Liberty-Benton Eagles (Findlay, OH) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Riverdale Falcons (Mt. Blanchard, OH), 48-11 in a league bout.

With the win, Liberty-Benton upgrades its record to 18-2 on the season. The Eagles travel to Patrick Henry (Hamler, OH) to play the Patriots in a non-league bout on Saturday, February 11. The Patriots go into the bout with a record of 14-2. Patrick Henry won 33-32 in their recent league bout against Delta (Delta, OH)

Next up, the Falcons play the Hopewell-Loudon Chieftains (Bascom, OH) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, February 11. Riverdale will attempt to upgrade on its 2-18 season record. The Chieftains go into the bout with a 15-4 record after their 70-31 league win over St. Joseph Central Catholic (Fremont, OH).
