February 10, 2023: Bismarck, ND 58501 Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Riggs Governors (Pierre, SD) and the host Bismarck Demons (Bismarck, ND), saw Riggs's basketball squad overcome Bismarck by a tally of 84-76.
With the victory, Riggs improves its record to 14-2 on the campaign. The Governors travel to Brookings (Brookings, SD) to confront the Bobcats in a AA challenge on Tuesday, February 14. The Bobcats come into the challenge with a record of 4-11. Brookings lost 63-36 in their recent league challenge against Jefferson (Sioux Falls, SD)
Next up, the Demons confront the Mandan Braves (Mandan, ND) in a A West challenge, on Tuesday, February 14. Bismarck will attempt to improve on its 11-6 season record. The Braves come into the challenge with a 6-4 record after their 77-49 league win over Dickinson (Dickinson, ND).
