New Jersey High School Basketball - New Egypt fells Calvary Christian
February 10, 2023: New Egypt, NJ 08533 New Egypt Warriors (New Egypt, NJ) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Calvary Christian Lions (Old Bridge, NJ), 41-33 in a non-league bout.
With the win, New Egypt upgrades its record to 14-8 on the season.
Next up, the Lions play the Veritas Christian Academy (Sparta, NJ) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, February 16. Calvary Christian will attempt to upgrade on its 9-12 season record. The go into the bout with a 11-12 record after their 33-26 non-league win over Emmanuel Christian Academy (Newington, CT).
