February 10, 2023: Arma, KS 66712 Fans at Friday's non-league challenge between the Northeast Vikings (Arma, KS) and the visiting Chetopa Hornets (Chetopa, KS), saw Northeast's basketball squad wallop Chetopa by a tally of 55-11.
With the victory, Northeast improves its record to 11-5 on the campaign. The Vikings host Neodesha (Neodesha, KS) to confront the Blue Streaks in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, February 14. The Blue Streaks come into the challenge with a record of 14-4. Neodesha won 56-40 in their recent non-league challenge against Humboldt (Humboldt, KS)
Next up, the Hornets confront the Oswego Indians (Oswego, KS) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, February 14. Chetopa will attempt to improve on its 1-14 season record. The Indians come into the challenge with a 1-16 record after their 53-32 non-league loss to Pleasanton (Pleasanton, KS).
