Kansas High School Basketball - Lakin crushes Elkhart
February 10, 2023: Lakin, KS 67860 Lakin Broncs (Lakin, KS) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad wallop the visiting Elkhart Wildcats (Elkhart, KS), 54-32 in a non-league challenge.
With the victory, Lakin improves its record to 10-6 on the campaign. The Broncs travel to Goodland (Goodland, KS) to confront the Cowboys in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, February 14. The Cowboys come into the challenge with a record of 17-0. Goodland won 49-40 in their recent non-league challenge against Colby (Colby, KS)
Next up, the Wildcats confront the Rolla Pirates (Rolla, KS) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, February 14. Elkhart will attempt to improve on its 8-6 season record. The Pirates come into the challenge with a 4-11 record after their 34-23 non-league win over South Baca [Campo/Vilas/Pritchett] (Vilas, CO).
