New Jersey High School Basketball - Shore Regional tops New Egypt
February 10, 2024: West Long Branch, NJ 07764 Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Shore Regional Blue Devils (West Long Branch, NJ) and the visiting New Egypt Warriors (New Egypt, NJ), saw Shore Regional's basketball squad knock off New Egypt by a tally of 60-51.
With the victory, Shore Regional improves its record to 15-7 on the campaign. The Blue Devils host St. John-Vianney (Holmdel, NJ) to play the Lancers in a non-league challenge on Tuesday, February 13. The Lancers come into the challenge with a record of 12-13. St. John-Vianney lost 66-52 in their recent non-league challenge against College Achieve (Asbury Park, NJ)
Next up, the Warriors play the Barnegat Bengals (Barnegat, NJ) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, February 13. New Egypt will attempt to improve on its 7-13 season record. The Bengals come into the challenge with a 13-10 record after their 72-67 non-league win over Keyport (Keyport, NJ).
