North Sand Mountain Bison (Higdon, AL) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Pleasant Valley Raiders (Jacksonville, AL), 60-31 in a non-league bout.

With the win, North Sand Mountain upgrades its record to 15-14 on the season. The Bison travel to Gaston (Gadsden, AL) to clash with the Bulldogs in a non-league bout on Friday, February 16. The Bulldogs go into the bout with a record of 22-9. Gaston won 59-48 in their recent non-league bout against Lanett (Lanett, AL)
