February 10, 2024: Weston, CT 06883 Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Weston Trojans (Weston, CT) and the visiting Westhill Vikings (Stamford, CT), saw Weston's basketball squad overcome Westhill by a tally of 60-45.
With the victory, Weston improves its record to 12-6 on the campaign. The Trojans host Kolbe-Cathedral (Bridgeport, CT) to confront the Cougars in a Southwest challenge on Tuesday, February 13. The Cougars come into the challenge with a record of 17-1. Kolbe-Cathedral lost 85-67 in their recent league challenge against Notre Dame Catholic (Fairfield, CT)
Next up, the Vikings confront the Wilton Warriors (Wilton, CT) in a Fairfield County challenge, on Monday, February 12. Westhill will attempt to improve on its 1-14 season record. The Warriors come into the challenge with a 10-6 record after their 70-51 league win over St. Joseph (Trumbull, CT).
