Washington High School Basketball - Burlington-Edison nudged by Archbishop Murphy
February 10, 2024: Everett, WA 98208 The Archbishop Murphy Wildcats (Everett, WA) basketball nipped the visiting Burlington-Edison Tigers (Burlington, WA), 66-59 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Wildcats (12-2) will now prepare for their test against Lynden (Lynden, WA). The Lions go into the non-league test with a 23-1 record. In their last test, Lynden got by Sehome (Bellingham, WA), 60-20, in a non-league test.
The Tigers now own a 10-5 record. They play next when they host Squalicum for a non-league test on Tuesday, February 13. Burlington-Edison will encounter a Storm squad coming off a 46-30 non-league win over Sedro-Woolley (Sedro-Woolley, WA). The Storm record now stands at 13-8.
