South Dakota High School Basketball - Groton knocked off by Mobridge-Pollock
February 10, 2024: Groton, SD 57445 The Mobridge-Pollock Tigers basketball squad scored 41 points and limited the host Groton Tigers to 33 in the Tigers non-league win on Saturday.
With the win, Mobridge-Pollock upgrades its record to 14-5 on the season. The Tigers host Stanley County (Fort Pierre, SD) to play the Buffalos in a A Region 6 bout on Tuesday, February 13. The Buffalos go into the bout with a record of 2-16. Stanley County won 40-37 in their recent league bout against Dupree (Dupree, SD)
Next up, the Tigers play the Dakota Valley Panthers (North Sioux City, SD) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, February 13. Groton will attempt to upgrade on its 12-6 season record. The Panthers go into the bout with a 12-6 record after their 79-44 non-league win over Dell Rapids (Dell Rapids, SD).
