The Torrance Tartars basketball team scored 46 points and restricted the visiting Providence Pioneers to 34 in the Tartars non-league victory on Saturday.

The Tartars now sport a 15-13 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Saugus for a non-league contest on Wednesday, February 14. Torrance will battle a Centurions team coming off a 56-48 non-league win over Burroughs (Ridgecrest, CA). The Centurions record now stands at 21-9.
