The Weehawken (NJ) varsity basketball team lost Saturday's home tournament game against Snyder (Jersey City, NJ) by a score of 41-34.
The Snyder Tigers basketball team scored 41 points and held the visiting Weehawken Indians to 34 in the Tigers non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Tigers now sport a 19-5 record.
The Indians (11-12) will now prepare for their contest against Paterson Charter School for Science and Technology (Paterson, NJ). The Lions enter the North Jersey - Meadowlands B contest with a 2-22 record. In their last contest, Paterson Charter School for Science and Technology was nudged by Manchester Regional (Haledon, NJ), 37-4, in a non-league contest.
