New York High School Basketball - Greece Odyssey triumphant over Early College
February 10, 2025: Rochester, NY 14615 The crowd at Monday's non-league challenge between the Greece Odyssey Leopards (Rochester, NY) and the visiting Early College Sharks (Yonkers, NY), observed Greece Odyssey's basketball team overwhelm Early College by a score of 94-38.
The Leopards (9-8) will now prepare for their challenge against Honeoye Falls-Lima (Honeoye Falls, NY). The Cougars come into the Section 5 Monroe 4 challenge with a 6-11 record. In their last challenge, Honeoye Falls-Lima trounced Pittsford (Pittsford, NY), 50-48, in a non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Sharks battle the World of Inquiry Griffins (Rochester, NY) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, February 13. Early College will attempt to improve on its 1-13 season record. The Griffins come into the challenge with a 14-2 record after their 78-59 non-league loss to Monroe (Rochester, NY).
