Illinois High School Basketball - Stark County thwarts Henry-Senachwine
February 10, 2025: Toulon, IL 61483 The crowd at Monday's non-league challenge between the Stark County Rebels (Toulon, IL) and the visiting Henry-Senachwine Mallards (Henry, IL), observed Stark County's basketball team knock off Henry-Senachwine by a score of 57-43.
The Rebels (7-18) will now prepare for their challenge against Princeville (Princeville, IL). The Princes come into the Lincoln Trail challenge with a 20-7 record. In their last challenge, Princeville prevailed over Peoria Christian (Peoria, IL), 77-69, in a non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Mallards encounter the St. Bede Bruins (Peru, IL) in a Tri-County challenge, on Friday, February 14. Henry-Senachwine will attempt to improve on its 5-20 season record. The Bruins come into the challenge with a 12-16 record after their 79-75 non-league loss to LaMoille (LaMoille, IL).
