February 10, 2025: Lawrence, KS 66047 Burlingame Bearcats (Burlingame, KS) supporters left the game happy Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad triumph over the host Bishop Seabury Academy Seahawks (Lawrence, KS), 68-7 in a non-league match.
With the victory, Burlingame advances its record to 2-12 on the year. The Bearcats travel to West Elk (Howard, KS) to meet the Patriots in a non-league match on Thursday, February 13. The Patriots enter the match with a record of 6-10. West Elk lost 35-29 in their recent league match against Flinthills (Rosalia, KS)
The Seahawks now own a 0-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Heritage Christian Academy for a non-league match on Tuesday, February 11. Bishop Seabury Academy will meet a Chargers squad coming off a 71-10 non-league loss to Bishop Miege (Shawnee Mission, KS). The Chargers record now stands at 8-8.
