Louisiana High School Basketball - Ursuline Academy toppled by Cabrini
February 10, 2025: New Orleans, LA 70118 Cabrini Crescents (New Orleans, LA) boosters left the game satisfied Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad notch a victory over the host Ursuline Academy Lions (New Orleans, LA), 46-29 in a league match.
With the victory, Cabrini upgrades its record to 10-20 on the year. The Crescents host De La Salle (New Orleans, LA) to face the Cavalier in a 3A District 10 test on Thursday, February 13. The Cavalier come into the test with a record of 13-7.
The Lions (9-8) will now prepare for their test against Landry (New Orleans, LA). The Buccaneers come into the non-league test with a 4-11 record. In their last test, Landry went down by Morris Jeff (New Orleans, LA), 20-16, in a league test.
