February 10, 2025: Ruthven, IA 51358 Graettinger-Terril/Ruthven-Ayrshire Titans (Ruthven, IA) supporters left the game satisfied Monday as they witnessed their basketball squad triumph over the visiting Marcus-Meriden-Cleghorn/Remsen-Union Royals (Marcus, IA), 66-37 in a non-league match.
With the victory, Graettinger-Terril/Ruthven-Ayrshire advances its record to 10-12 on the year. The Titans host North Iowa (Buffalo Center, IA) to face the Bison in a non-league match on Thursday, February 13. The Bison enter the match with a record of 3-19. North Iowa lost 71-34 in their recent non-league match against Bishop Garrigan (Algona, IA)
The Royals now own a 1-20 record. They put it on the line next when they host Ridge View for a non-league match on Saturday, February 15.
