The Walnut Wildcats basketball team scored 64 points and limited the host Union Yellowjackets to 11 in the Wildcats non-league triumph on Monday.

The Wildcats now have a 27-4 record. They play next when they travel to Ingomar for a non-league game on Friday, February 14. Walnut will confront a Falcons team coming off a 71-10 non-league win over Charleston (Charleston, MS). The Falcons record now stands at 28-2.
