February 10, 2025: Smyrna, GA 30080 Pope Greyhounds (Marietta, GA) boosters exited the stadium thrilled Monday as they witnessed their soccer team get by the host Campbell Spartans (Smyrna, GA), 2-1 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Pope moves its record to 1-0 on the campaign. The Greyhounds host Creekview (Canton, GA) to clash with the Grizzlies in a test on Monday, February 24. The Grizzlies come into the test with a record of 0-0.
The Spartans now sport a 0-1 record. They take the field next when they host North Cobb for a non-league test on Monday, February 24. Campbell will clash with a Warriors team coming off a 10-0 non-league loss to Lassiter (Marietta, GA). The Warriors record now stands at 0-1.
