The North Lamar Panthers overwhelmed the visiting Rains Wildcats softball squad by a count of 15-8 in Monday's non-league challenge.

Next, the Panthers meet the Caddo Mills Foxes (Caddo Mills, TX) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, February 13. North Lamar will attempt to upgrade on its 1-0 season record. The Foxes go into the challenge with a 0-1 record after their 12-2 non-league loss to Lindale (Lindale, TX).
