Kansas High School Basketball - Tescott knocks off Western Plains
February 10, 2026: Ransom, KS 67572 In Tuesday's non-league match, the visiting Tescott Trojans basketball squad scored a nice 43-30 victory over the Western Plains Bobcats.
With the victory, Tescott advances its record to 12-6 on the year. The Trojans travel to Thunder Ridge (Kensington, KS) to face the Longhorns in a Northern Plains match on Friday, February 13. The Longhorns enter the match with a record of 12-4. Thunder Ridge lost 56-51 in their recent league match against Lincoln (Lincoln, KS)
The Bobcats now own a 9-11 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Weskan for a Western Kansas Liberty contest on Friday, February 13. Western Plains will battle a Coyotes team coming off a 76-67 non-league win over Rawlins County (Atwood, KS). The Coyotes record now stands at 14-6.
