Texas High School Softball - Guyer bounces Argyle
February 10, 2026: Denton, TX 76210 The crowd at Tuesday's non-league bout between the Guyer Wildcats (Denton, TX) and the visiting Argyle Eagles (Argyle, TX), observed Guyer's softball team get by Argyle by a tally of 6-0.
The Wildcats (2-0) will now prepare for their bout against Liberty (Frisco, TX). The Redhawks go into the non-league bout with a 0-1 record. In their last bout, Liberty was routed by Braswell (Little Elm, TX), 3-0, in a non-league bout.
Next up, the Eagles face the Hutto Hippos (Hutto, TX) in a non-league contest, on Thursday, February 12. Argyle will attempt to improve on its 0-1 season record. The Hippos enter the contest with a 2-0 record after their 10-8 non-league win over Weiss (Pflugerville, TX).
