February 11, 2022: Parkersburg, IA 50665 The Aplington-Parkersburg Falcons (Parkersburg, IA) basketball felled the visiting Charles City Comets (Charles City, IA), 79-59 in Friday's non-league test.
The Falcons (19-2) will now prepare for their test against Dike-New Hartford (Dike, IA). The Wolverines go into the non-league test with a 4-13 record. In their last test, Dike-New Hartford thwarted South Hardin (Eldora, IA), 51-43, in a non-league test.
The Comets now own a 11-9 record. They play next when they travel to Mason City for a non-league test on Monday, February 14.
