In Friday's non-league outing, the Geneva Eagles (Geneva, OH) basketball squad beat the visiting Kirtland Hornets (Kirtland, OH), by a margin of 63-50.

The Eagles (9-11) will now prepare for their outing against Lakeside (Ashtabula, OH). The Dragons go into the Chagrin Valley - Lake outing with a 4-14 record. In their last outing, Lakeside defeated Harvey (Painesville, OH), 71-56, in a league outing.
