The Lipan Indians routed the visiting Hico Tigers basketball team by a final score of 83-53 in Friday's league game.

In their next game, the Indians face the Ranger Bulldogs (Ranger, TX) in a 2A Region II District 11 game, on Tuesday, February 15. Lipan will attempt to move on its 24-0 season record.

With the defeat, Hico moves to 5-14 on the year. The Tigers host De Leon (De Leon, TX) to battle the Bearcats in a 2A Region II District 11 battle on Tuesday, February 15. The Bearcats come into the battle with a record of 13-18. De Leon lost 73-28 in their recent league battle against Tolar (Tolar, TX)
