The Rootstown Rovers tipped the visiting Western Reserve Blue Devils basketball team by a final score of 34-31 in Saturday's non-league game.

In their next game, the Rovers face the Lake Catholic Cougars (Mentor, OH) in a non-league game, on Saturday, February 18. Rootstown will attempt to move on its 17-5 season record. The Cougars enter the game with a 14-8 record after their 53-31 non-league win over Wickliffe (Wickliffe, OH).
