February 11, 2025: Baconton, GA 30907 The Clinch County Panthers baseball squad (Homerville, GA), was overwhelmed 10-5 in Tuesday's non-league contest with the host Baconton Charter Blazers (Baconton, GA)
With the triumph, Baconton Charter moves its record to 1-0 on the season. The Blazers host Quitman County (Georgetown, GA) to confront the Hornets in a 1A D-II Area 1 contest on Thursday, February 13. The Hornets come into the contest with a record of 0-0.
The Panthers now possess a 0-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Berrien for a non-league contest on Wednesday, February 12. Clinch County will confront a Rebels squad coming off a 5-1 non-league win over Atkinson County (Pearson, GA). The Rebels record now stands at 1-1.
