February 11, 2025: Lake Providence, LA 71254 Briarfield Academy Rebels (Lake Providence, LA) supporters left the game happy Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad hold off the visiting Columbus Christian Academy rams (Steens, MS), 63-61 in a non-league match.
With the victory, Briarfield Academy advances its record to 12-6 on the year. The Rebels host Claiborne Academy (Haynesville, LA) to meet the Rebels in a non-league match on Friday, February 14. The Rebels enter the match with a record of 18-10. Claiborne Academy won 58-26 in their recent non-league match against Lee Academy (Marianna, AR)
The rams now own a 6-7 record.
