Ohio High School Basketball - Mifflin knocks off Briggs

In Tuesday's non-league contest, the visiting Mifflin Punchers basketball team scored a good 64-44 win over the Briggs Bruins.

The Punchers (9-12) will now prepare for their contest against Marion-Franklin (Columbus, OH). The Red Devils come into the non-league contest with a 2-18 record. In their last bout, Marion-Franklin fell by Eastmoor Academy (Columbus, OH), 80-39, in a league bout.

With the loss, Briggs falls to 4-18 on the campaign. The Bruins travel to Big Walnut (Sunbury, OH) to encounter the Golden Eagles in a non-league challenge on Monday, February 24. The Golden Eagles come into the challenge with a record of 12-7.
