Tipton Cardinals (Tipton, MO) boosters left the game satisfied Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad nudge the host Fayette Falcons (Fayette, MO), 63-58 in a league match.

With the victory, Tipton upgrades its record to 8-14 on the year. The Cardinals host Versailles (Versailles, MO) to face the Tigers in a non-league match on Thursday, February 13. The Tigers enter the match with a record of 5-12. Versailles lost 94-43 in their recent non-league match against Hallsville (Hallsville, MO)

The Falcons now sport a 2-19 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Harrisburg for a Central State 8 match on Friday, February 14.
