West Virginia High School Basketball - Ravenswood overwhelms Petersburg
February 11, 2025: Petersburg, WV 26847 The Ravenswood Red Devils basketball team scored 60 points and limited the host Petersburg Vikings to 34 in the Red Devils non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Red Devils now possess a 12-4 record. They play next when they host Parkersburg Catholic for a non-league game on Thursday, February 13. Ravenswood will play a Crusaders team coming off a 78-67 league loss to Magnolia (New Martinsville, WV). The Crusaders record now stands at 5-13.
With the loss, Petersburg falls to 7-6 on the campaign. The Vikings travel to Doddridge County (West Union, WV) to play the Bulldogs in a non-league game on Wednesday, February 12. The Bulldogs go into the game with a record of 14-1. Doddridge County won 64-36 in their recent non-league game against Greenbrier West (Charmco, WV)
