February 11, 2025: Plainville, CT 06062 Platt Panthers (Meriden, CT) boosters left the game satisfied Tuesday as they witnessed their basketball squad notch a victory over the host Plainville Blue Devils (Plainville, CT), 81-62 in a non-league match.
With the victory, Platt upgrades its record to 12-4 on the year. The Panthers travel to Maloney (Meriden, CT) to face the Spartans in a Central Connecticut - South Colonial match on Thursday, February 13. The Spartans enter the match with a record of 8-5. Maloney won 54-51 in their recent league match against Middletown (Middletown, CT)
The Blue Devils now sport a 10-9 record. They put it on the line next when they host Newington for a non-league match on Thursday, February 13. Plainville will face a Nor'easters squad coming off a 60-52 non-league loss to Platt (Meriden, CT). The Nor'easters record now stands at 5-6.
