Michigan High School Basketball - Calhoun Christian bests Athens
February 11, 2025: Battle Creek, MI 49016 The Calhoun Christian Cougars basketball team scored 47 points and limited the visiting Athens Indians to 37 in the Cougars non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Cougars now possess a 6-9 record. They play next when they host Mendon for a non-league game on Tuesday, February 18.
With the loss, Athens falls to 4-12 on the campaign. The Indians host St. Philip Catholic Central (Battle Creek, MI) to confront the Fighting Tigers in a Southern Central game on Thursday, February 13. The Fighting Tigers go into the game with a record of 6-11. St. Philip Catholic Central lost 56-22 in their recent league game against Jackson Christian (Jackson, MI)
