Oklahoma High School Basketball - Bethany thwarts Weatherford
February 11, 2025: Bethany, OK 73008 The crowd at Tuesday's league challenge between the Bethany Bronchos (Bethany, OK) and the visiting Weatherford Eagles (Weatherford, OK), observed Bethany's basketball team knock off Weatherford by a score of 61-53.
The Bronchos (16-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Ardmore (Ardmore, OK). The Tigers come into the non-league challenge with a 15-7 record. In their last challenge, Ardmore prevailed over Bishop McGuinness (Oklahoma City, OK), 63-61, in a non-league challenge.
In their next game, the Eagles encounter the Blanchard Lions (Blanchard, OK) in a Western challenge, on Friday, February 14. Weatherford will attempt to improve on its 13-9 season record. The Lions come into the challenge with a 10-11 record after their 65-40 non-league loss to Harrah (Harrah, OK).
