Georgia High School Soccer - Locust Grove knocks off Fayette County
February 11, 2025: Fayetteville, GA 30214 Fans at Tuesday's non-league battle between the Locust Grove Wildcats (Locust Grove, GA) and the host Fayette County Tigers (Fayetteville, GA), saw Locust Grove's soccer squad knock off Fayette County by a count of 3-0.
The Wildcats (2-0) will now prepare for their battle against Upson-Lee (Thomaston, GA). The Knights enter the non-league battle with a 1-0 record. In their last battle, Upson-Lee tipped Eagle's Landing Christian Academy (McDonough, GA), 10-0, in a non-league battle.
Next up, the Tigers battle the Jackson Red Devils (Jackson, GA) in a non-league battle, on Thursday, February 13. Fayette County will attempt to upgrade on its 1-1 season record. The Red Devils enter the battle with a 0-1 record after their 6-0 non-league loss to Jones County (Gray, GA).
