In Tuesday's non-league contest, the host Oviedo Lions lacrosse squad scored a good 13-1 win over the East River Falcons.

The Lions (1-0) will now prepare for their contest against Seminole (Sanford, FL). The Seminoles enter the 2A D4 contest with a 0-1 record. In their last contest, Seminole was overwhelmed by Olympia (Orlando, FL), 7-6, in a non-league contest.

Next, the Falcons meet the Winter Park Wildcats (Winter Park, FL) in a 2A D6 contest, on Thursday, February 13. East River will attempt to better on its 0-1 season record. The Wildcats enter the contest with a 0-1 record after their 9-3 non-league loss to Ponte Vedra (Ponte Vedra, FL).
