February 11, 2025: Nevada, TX 75173 In Tuesday's non-league test, the Van Alstyne Panthers (Van Alstyne, TX) softball squad overwhelmed the host Community Braves (Nevada, TX), by a tally of 13-2.
Next, the Panthers clash with the Liberty Redhawks (Frisco, TX) in a non-league test, on Thursday, February 13. Van Alstyne will attempt to advance on its 1-0 season record. The Redhawks go into the test with a 2-0 record after their 18-8 non-league win over Paschal (Fort Worth, TX).
The Braves (0-1) will now prepare for their test against Celeste (Celeste, TX). The Blue Devils go into the non-league test with a 1-0 record. In their last test, Celeste prevailed over Whitewright (Whitewright, TX), 4-0, in a non-league test.
