Georgia High School Baseball - Fannin County loses to Model
February 11, 2026: Rome, GA 30161 In Wednesday's non-league challenge, the Model Blue Devils (Rome, GA) baseball team trounced the visiting Fannin County Rebels (Blue Ridge, GA), by a count of 8-2.
The Blue Devils now own a 1-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Fellowship Christian for a non-league challenge on Saturday, February 14. Model will clash with a Paladins team coming off a 7-6 non-league loss to South Forsyth (Cumming, GA). The Paladins record now stands at 1-1.
With the defeat, Fannin County falls to 0-1 on the campaign. The Rebels travel to White County (Cleveland, GA) to face the Warriors in a non-league battle on Saturday, February 14. The Warriors enter the battle with a record of 2-0. White County won 11-1 in their recent non-league contest against West Hall (Oakwood, GA)
