Blue Hill Bobcats (Blue Hill, NE) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Franklin Flyers (Franklin, NE), 62-40 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Blue Hill upgrades its record to 13-9 on the season. The Bobcats host Heartland Lutheran (Grand Island, NE) to clash with the Red Hornets in a non-league bout on Friday, February 18. The Red Hornets go into the bout with a record of 4-15. Heartland Lutheran lost 83-39 in their recent non-league bout against Burwell (Burwell, NE)

Next up, the Flyers clash with the Red Cloud Warriors (Red Cloud, NE) in a D2 District 8 bout, on Friday, February 18. Franklin will attempt to upgrade on its 3-16 season record. The Warriors go into the bout with a 9-9 record after their 43-36 non-league win over Deshler (Deshler, NE).
