Delaware High School Basketball - Caravel tops Wilmington Charter
February 12, 2022: Wilmington, DE 19807 Caravel Buccaneers (Bear, DE) backers were pleased Saturday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the host Wilmington Charter Force (Wilmington, DE), 55-41 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Caravel upgrades its record to 12-3 on the campaign. The Buccaneers travel to Polytech (Woodside, DE) to play the Panthers in a non-league bout on Thursday, February 17. The Panthers come into the bout with a record of 4-8. Polytech won 59-43 in their recent league bout against Sussex Central (Georgetown, DE)
Next up, the Force play the Tower Hill Hillers (Wilmington, DE) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, February 15. Wilmington Charter will attempt to upgrade on its 4-10 season record. The Hillers come into the bout with a 14-3 record after their 56-47 league loss to Sanford (Hockessin, DE).
