February 12, 2022: Davison, MI 48423 Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Notre Dame Prep Fighting Irish (Pontiac, MI) and the host Davison Cardinals (Davison, MI), saw Notre Dame Prep's basketball squad hold off Davison by a tally of 57-56.
With the victory, Notre Dame Prep improves its record to 13-3 on the campaign. The Fighting Irish travel to Goodrich (Goodrich, MI) to play the Martians in a Flint Metro challenge on Tuesday, February 15. The Martians come into the challenge with a record of 14-1. Goodrich won 67-45 in their recent league challenge against Brandon (Ortonville, MI)
Next up, the Cardinals play the Midland Chemics (Midland, MI) in a Saginaw Valley challenge, on Tuesday, February 15. Davison will attempt to improve on its 5-10 season record. The Chemics come into the challenge with a 7-7 record after their 64-52 league win over Powers Catholic (Flint, MI).
