South Dakota High School Basketball - Mobridge-Pollock overwhelmed by Groton
February 12, 2022: Groton, SD 57445 The Groton Tigers basketball team scored 71 points and restricted the visiting Mobridge-Pollock Tigers to 39 in the Tigers non-league victory on Saturday.
The Tigers now sport a 14-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Sisseton for a A Region 1 contest on Monday, February 14. Groton will battle a Redmen team coming off a 69-49 non-league loss to Hamlin (Hayti, SD). The Redmen record now stands at 7-9.
The Tigers (7-6) will now prepare for their contest against Sisseton (Sisseton, SD). The Redmen come into the non-league contest with a 7-9 record. In their last contest, Sisseton was routed by Hamlin (Hayti, SD), 69-49, in a non-league contest.
