Ohio High School Basketball - North Adams nips Minford
February 12, 2022: Seaman, OH 45679 North Adams Green Devils (Seaman, OH) backers were pleased Saturday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the visiting Minford Falcons (Minford, OH), 45-44 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, North Adams upgrades its record to 11-8 on the campaign. The Green Devils travel to Dawson-Bryant (Coal Grove, OH) to play the Hornets in a non-league bout on Tuesday, February 15. The Hornets come into the bout with a record of 6-13. Dawson-Bryant lost 54-35 in their recent league bout against Ironton (Ironton, OH)
Next up, the Falcons play the Eastern Eagles (Beaver, OH) in a Southern Ohio II bout, on Monday, February 21. Minford will attempt to upgrade on its 16-4 season record. The Eagles come into the bout with a 6-17 record after their 75-60 non-league win over Southern (Racine, OH).
