February 12, 2024: Bunker Hill, IL 62014 Fans at Monday's non-league challenge between the Carrollton Hawks (Carrollton, IL) and the host Bunker Hill Minutemen (Bunker Hill, IL), saw Carrollton's basketball squad overcome Bunker Hill by a tally of 55-44.
With the victory, Carrollton improves its record to 11-15 on the campaign. The Hawks host Brown County (Mt. Sterling, IL) to confront the Hornets in a Western Illinois Valley challenge on Wednesday, February 14. The Hornets come into the challenge with a record of 6-21. Brown County won 57-44 in their recent league challenge against Pleasant Hill (Pleasant Hill, IL)
Next up, the Minutemen confront the Pawnee Indians (Pawnee, IL) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, February 15. Bunker Hill will attempt to improve on its 10-19 season record. The Indians come into the challenge with a 9-18 record after their 58-50 non-league win over North Greene (White Hall, IL).
