February 12, 2024: Lafayette, LA 70501 In Monday's non-league outing, the Teurlings Catholic Rebels (Lafayette, LA) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Notre Dame Pioneers (Crowley, LA), by a margin of 60-26.
The Rebels (13-17) will now prepare for their outing against Mamou (Mamou, LA). The Demons go into the non-league outing with a 10-19 record. In their last outing, Mamou smashed Pine Prairie (Pine Prairie, LA), 83-31, in a league outing.
The Pioneers now own a 8-12 record. They play next when they host St. Joseph's - Plaucheville for a non-league outing on Friday, February 16. Notre Dame will clash with a Eagles squad coming off a 67-59 non-league win over St. Edmund (Eunice, LA). The Eagles record now stands at 13-20.
