February 12, 2024: Eau Claire, WI 54701 Fans at Monday's non-league challenge between the Regis Ramblers (Eau Claire, WI) and the visiting Spooner Rails (Spooner, WI), saw Regis's basketball squad wallop Spooner by a tally of 79-19.
With the victory, Regis improves its record to 18-6 on the campaign. The Ramblers host Neillsville (Neillsville, WI) to confront the Warriors in a non-league challenge on Thursday, February 15. The Warriors come into the challenge with a record of 20-3. Neillsville won 50-41 in their recent non-league challenge against Bangor (Bangor, WI)
Next up, the Rails confront the Chetek-Weyerhaeuser Bulldogs (Chetek, WI) in a Heart O'North challenge, on Thursday, February 15. Spooner will attempt to improve on its 5-18 season record. The Bulldogs come into the challenge with a 9-15 record after their 60-42 league loss to Northwestern (Maple, WI).
